Find your situation

The documents we need, how long it takes and what it costs — by taxpayer type.

SMEs & Businesses — Forms B / P

Sole proprietors and partnerships. We build the accounts from your bank statements, prepare the computation, and e-File to LHDN.

Documents checklist

  • 12 months of bank statements — every account used for the business
  • Asset list (vehicles, machinery, equipment) with purchase dates and costs
  • Invoices and receipts if you have them; if not, bank statements are enough to start

Turnaround

5–10 working days once the documents are complete. e-Filing deadline: 30 June.

Price

From RM250, rising with the actual workload — number of bank accounts, transactions and source documents.

Common questions

I don't have a separate business bank account — is that a problem?
No. Send the personal account statements you use for the business; we separate personal from business transactions during analysis.
My business was dormant last year.
We prepare a dormant-business estimate computation at a flat RM300, all in.
Do I have to send receipts one by one?
No. Send them in one go through the portal or WhatsApp; we sort and schedule them for you.

Co-operatives & Associations — Forms C1 / TF

Post-audit computation and filing, including s.107C instalments and liaison with your external auditor.

Documents checklist

  • The signed audit report for the year
  • Complete financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, notes)
  • Copies of last year's forms and instalment receipts, if available

Turnaround

7–14 working days once the final audit report is in.

Price

15% of your annual audit fee, minimum RM700 — half the 30% market norm.

Common questions

Our auditor hasn't finished. Can we start?
Yes. We begin reviewing the draft financial statements and deal with your external auditor directly until the final report is issued.
What are s.107C instalments?
The estimated tax payable in instalments across the year of assessment. We prepare the CP204/CP204A and remind you before each due date.
Which form does a Farmers' Organisation file?
Form TF, not C1. We confirm the correct form type before anything is filed.

Salaried Individuals — Form BE

Employment income only, no business income. We check your reliefs, compute the tax, and e-File.

Documents checklist

  • EA statement from every employer for the year
  • Relief receipts (lifestyle, insurance, parents' medical, SSPN, PRS)
  • EPF statement and zakat receipts, where applicable

Turnaround

2–3 working days once the documents are complete. e-Filing deadline: 30 April.

Price

From RM100. Each documented relief category adds RM20 (capped at RM240); the BE fee never exceeds RM500.

Common questions

I changed jobs last year — how many EA statements do I need?
One from each employer during that year. We combine them into a single return.
I don't have receipts for some reliefs.
We only claim reliefs with supporting documents. LHDN can ask for evidence up to seven years back.
I missed last year's deadline.
We can still file and help you deal with the LHDN late penalty. The NTMS fee carries a 25% surcharge after 15 April.

Tax & E-Filing

Tax computation and electronic filing to LHDN in one service — from the calculation to the notice of assessment.

We prepare tax computations for individuals, sole proprietors, partnerships, companies, co-operatives and associations, then file them to LHDN ourselves as a registered tax agent. Because the same firm calculates and files, nothing is lost between two providers and nobody waits on anybody else.

What We Offer

  • Tax computation for Forms BE, B, P, C, C1 and TF
  • e-Filing to LHDN — we submit on your behalf as a registered tax agent
  • Identification of eligible deductions and reliefs with supporting schedules
  • Tax estimates and CP204/CP204A instalments for companies, co-operatives and associations
  • Review of prior-year computations for accuracy
  • Follow-up with LHDN: queries, notices of assessment and adjustments
  • Tax planning advice within the legal framework

Benefits

  • Filed before the deadline — no late-filing penalties
  • The lowest lawful tax liability, fully supported by documents
  • One firm owns both the computation and the filing
  • A registered tax agent deals with LHDN directly on your behalf

Why This Service Matters

Neglecting this service can have serious consequences for your business:

  • An incorrect computation can attract penalties of up to 300% of the tax undercharged
  • Late-filing penalties reach RM200 per month or 10% of tax payable, whichever is higher
  • Failure to file can lead to prosecution and fines of up to RM20,000
  • Missed reliefs mean paying more tax than you owe
  • Non-compliance can trigger a tax audit that is slow and expensive to resolve

Financial Statements

From bank statements to a full set of accounts that meets Malaysian accounting standards.

We turn your bank statements, invoices and receipts into professionally prepared financial statements. If bank statements are all you have, that is enough to start — we classify every transaction, come back to you on the balances we cannot explain, and build the accounts from there.

What We Offer

  • Statement of Financial Position (Balance Sheet)
  • Statement of Comprehensive Income (Profit & Loss)
  • Statement of Cash Flows and notes to the accounts
  • Bank reconciliation for every account
  • Classification and categorisation of transactions
  • Fixed asset and depreciation schedules
  • Compliance with Malaysian Accounting Standards (MASB)

Benefits

  • Professional statements for banks, stakeholders and registrars
  • Audit- and filing-ready with no rework
  • A clear financial picture for business decisions
  • Organised records when LHDN asks for evidence

Why This Service Matters

Neglecting this service can have serious consequences for your business:

  • Without proper financial statements you cannot accurately assess business performance
  • Banks and investors require financial statements before approving loans or investment
  • Inaccurate records lead to incorrect tax filings, penalties and interest charges
  • Regulators can impose fines for failing to meet financial reporting requirements
  • Poor documentation delays transactions, mergers and acquisitions

Secretarial & Registration

Registration and ongoing compliance with SSM, SKM, RoS and CIDB — including stamping of simple agreements.

We register your entity with the right regulator, then keep it compliant: annual returns, statutory registers, minutes and resolutions. For contractors we handle CIDB registration and grade applications. We also stamp simple agreements so your documents hold up legally.

What We Offer

  • Company registration with SSM (Companies Commission of Malaysia)
  • Co-operative registration with the Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission (SKM)
  • Society registration with the Registrar of Societies (RoS)
  • CIDB contractor registration and G1–G7 grade applications
  • Local authority business licences and certificate renewals
  • Annual returns, statutory registers, minutes and resolutions
  • Changes to company particulars and share capital
  • Stamp duty on simple agreements (tenancy, loan, service agreements)

Benefits

  • Continuous compliance with SSM, SKM, RoS and CIDB
  • Eligibility for government tenders and large private contracts
  • Corporate documents and agreements that are legally valid
  • No compounds or late-filing penalties

Why This Service Matters

Neglecting this service can have serious consequences for your business:

  • Failing to file annual returns can attract fines of up to RM50,000 and risk company strike-off
  • Unregistered businesses and societies cannot open bank accounts or sign contracts
  • Operating as a contractor without CIDB registration is illegal and can be fined up to RM500,000
  • Unregistered contractors cannot bid for government or major private projects
  • Unstamped documents are not admissible as evidence in court
  • Non-compliance can lead to director disqualification and action against company officers

E-Invoicing

LHDN e-Invoice readiness: confirm your mandate phase, connect to MyInvois, and train your team before the go-live date.

LHDN is rolling out e-Invoicing in phases based on annual turnover. We confirm which phase applies to you, prepare your master data (customers, suppliers, classification codes), connect your billing system to MyInvois, and stay with your team through the first month.

What We Offer

  • Mandate phase check based on your annual turnover
  • e-Invoice generation and validation through MyInvois
  • Master data preparation: customers, suppliers and classification codes
  • Consolidated invoices for retail sales
  • Team training and day-to-day process guidance
  • Ongoing support after the go-live date

Benefits

  • Ready before your phase starts, not after
  • Invoices accepted by corporate customers already on e-Invoicing
  • Less manual work and fewer keying errors
  • Tidy tax records all year, not just at filing season

Why This Service Matters

Neglecting this service can have serious consequences for your business:

  • e-Invoicing is mandatory by phase — non-compliance can attract penalties
  • Corporate customers may reject invoices not validated through MyInvois
  • Untidy master data slows down every invoice once you go live
  • Non-compliance can trigger LHDN queries and audits
  • Preparing late means billing operations stall in the first month
